Grading Success

The Vale of York T’ai Chi Qigong Association held its Autumn Grading recently in Thirsk Town Hall.  Four candidates put themselves forward for assessment by Qigong Master Alan Box and all were successful in reaching the required standard for their different grades.  From left to right: trainee instructor Sue Dixon was awarded a red sash - only one away from the ultimate black sash - and will achieve her full Instructor status next spring. Ann Morrish graded for the first time to obtain her yellow sash.  Pat Tearall moved from yellow to green and Judith Wood from orange to purple, a grade below Sue.  All the students were taught by Sifu Pat Brooks. The event was well attended by friends and supporters
