Angela Eilbeck and a friend (Susan Wormersley – who ran for Kidney Research) at the end of the GNR — my time was 1.53.05.This is my 2nd half marathon (completed Burn Valley in July this year) I ran in memory of a good friend Conrad Maiden who died last year of cancer. Generous support of friends and family has meant I have raised a total of over £800.00 to date in aid of Cancer Research.The whole experience was really enjoyable, the atmosphere was so positive with spectators shouting encouragement all the way round.
