Rebecca's Challenge

Rebecca Hair loves challenge and is running again on behalf of the Alzheimer’s Society in the Great North Run on 5th October.  To help her raise funds this time, Rebecca’s  boyfriend, Adam Wood, who is a lifeguard at Thirsk Pool is also taking part. They are  training hard for the event as they feel it’s important not only to raise funds but to raise awareness of the disease.  Rebecca and Adam both have grandparents who have been affected by the disease and are well aware of the impact it has on the person as well as the family.If you would like to sponsor them – sponsor sheets can be obtained from Thirsk Swimming Pool, Towlers Newsagents in Easingwold and the justgiving website www.justgiving.com/bagnr
