 Sessay CC Emeralds .v. Ribble Valley Vipers Vitality Women’s Club T20 Cup Regional Semi-Final at Sessay, Sunday 3rd June. When casting the sporting dice a lucky or unlucky throw can make a big difference. Although Emeralds would have backed themselves to beat a full strength Vipers outfit the visitors had some of their venom drawn by their own county when Lancashire called up three of their players for county 2nd XI duty during the week leading up to the match. However, Emeralds also were missing five players with experience of senior county cricket.
